My order never went through. Why?

Why didn't my order go through?

Computers can be frustrating at times, can't they? What sometimes happens to our customers is they make it to the final order confirmation screen, but then neglect to click the “place order” button. That would explain why you didn't receive a confirmation or an order number. Please make sure you click that final button, after which you will be assigned an order number, and receive an order confirmation email. If you pay with PayPal, there is an "authorize payment" button to click on the PayPal screen. But after that you must make sure to click the final “place order” button (back on the Ministry Ideaz site) in order for the order to go through properly
