How do I order on your website?

Step 1: Go shopping. Select a category from the menu.

Browse through categories from the menu, or click the magnifying glass to find specific products.
Click on the product you would like to purchase or to learn more about it.

Choose the options you want

When you find a product you like and want to purchase, you will need to put it in your virtual “shopping cart”

FIRST select your options (ex. language, color, etc.) from the drop down menus.

SECOND enter the quantity you want to purchase with those options.

THIRD click “Add To Cart”

Repeat this for as many products as you would like to purchase. 

Tip: click "update" after you select your options

When you have finished shopping go to your shopping cart.

You can either click “View Cart” immediately after adding a product to your cart

OR click the shopping cart in the upper right hand side of any page.

(TIP: the number next to the shopping cart icon indicates how many items you already have in your cart. You will see this number increase every time you add something new.)

Step 3: Proceed to checkout.

Review your order from the shopping cart. Make sure you have everything you wanted to purchase.

(TIP: if you made a mistake and ordered the wrong product click the “X” next to it. If you ordered too many, change the quantity and click “Recalculate”)

Enter a coupon code if you have one and click “Apply”. 

Optional: If you want to see a shipping quote before checkout, fill in the information under “Calculate Shipping”.

Finally, click “Proceed to Check Out”.

(Optional: If you prefer to use PayPal as an online payment use the “Checkout with PayPal” button located a little further down. If you are a internet novice we do not recommend this option.)

Step 4

You are almost done! If you have a Ministry Ideaz account and you are not already signed in, sign in now! This will make check out a lot easier.

(NOTE: If you do not have a Ministry Ideaz account, you will be registered for an account when you place your order. Please remember the password you create under the heading "Registration".)

After you signed in, checkout will go a lot smoother. Fill in all the required information. (TIP:
Some information is optional, such as "Company." Required information is indicated by an astriks ( * ))

Step 5
Remember to select your shipping method from the drop down menu. Even if you qualify for free shipping you need to select this shipping option. (NOTE: the shipping times are estimated from the time of shipment. This does not include the time it takes to prepare your order)

Then choose your payment method. For internet novices we suggest: “Pay securely online with Visa/Mastercard” This is the simplest method. (NOTE: if you choose the option “call in your credit card number”, wait until after you finish placing your order to call. You will need you card number and order number handy when you call in.)

Fill in any payment information like credit card details. IMPORTANT: The information entered here must be exactly as it appears on your card. Your information is very secure. Click here to read about the measures we take to protect your information.

Enter the numbers you see into the box below them and click “Validate”. This is required as a security measure to prevent computer automated orders. (TIP: if you cannot read the numbers click “Refresh” to see a new set of numbers).

After you have completed the page click “Place Order”. (NOTE: if any information was missed on the checkout page the button will refresh the page. You will see instructions highlighted in yellow at the top. You need to complete these instructions before proceeding)

YAY! You have finished your order! You will receive an email shortly confirming your order. Check your spam filter if you don't receive it.


Now comes the hardest part: Waiting for that mailman!
