Shipping and handling charges

In an age where shipping and handling charges have virtually disappeared --- I am having a very very difficult time understanding how our organization is willing to accept your emails, let alone your condescending reasons for cheating your customers with completely UNrealistic charges for shipping ---several times I have filled my cart with your products, only to get to check put and be stopped with your unfair and unrealistic shipping and handling charges. You definitely need to change these.

We’re sorry that you found the shipping cost to be very high. We ship from Ecuador, which is where the owners are serving. So it costs quite a bit more than local shipping within the USA. Rest assured that we do not exaggerate the cost of shipping. Actually, we most often charge less than what the Post Office charges us.
Some other companies charge fees such as handling costs and packaging fees, but we do not. So please remember that the shipping cost you pay us is, in turn, paid out to the post office on your behalf – 100% of it!
As a suggestion, you might try adjusting your order to a few less items and seeing if the lighter weight will affect the shipping cost for you. Sometimes, removing just one or two items can affect the cost by over $5.
I hope this has helped you to understand that we are not trying to cheat our customers and quite frankly it hurts to have a brother or sister accuse us of that.
