It's hard to place an order.

I ordered the minimum required amount along with the free item and put in the coupon code which was FEB-FREEBIE n not the correct code continues to pop up. What am I doing wrong? This is not the only time I've had problems placing an order. Ur help would be greatly appreciated

You must copy the coupon code exactly as shown FEB-FREEBIE all capitals and no spaces.
