Order missing item

I received my order missing one item. I have e mailed about this over ONE WEEK ago and have received NO RESPONSE. What do you suggest I do next?

How disappointing for you that an item was missing from your order. Please accept our apologies for this oversight. I finally located your email to us. It was sent as a reply to your shipping confirmation email which is an automated email. We received your message Wednesday evening. Sorry it seems like a long time ago but that is actually only 2 business days ago. I will reply to that message with more details..
