Evidence of tampering with the package? If your package seems to be "punctured" or "opened and resealed," please check the contents very carefully. All products that leave our warehouse are brand new and undamaged*. Our leather and leatherette products are handmade with utmost care. But once a package leaves our warehouse, it's up to the postal system to handle it with care. Although rare, customs has been known to damage packages, and we would like to apologize for the unfortunate inconvenience caused. Even though the damage in these rare cases is not our fault, we will take responsibility so that you receive a replacement product.

Please contact us with the details, including a brief description of the damage. It can also help if you attach a photo or two of the damage. (Use the "Attach a file" button in the form.)

Important: please do not return the damaged item(s) to Ministry Ideaz until you have received instructions from us and an RMA# (Returned Merchandise Authorization). Items returned without an RMA# cannot be processed.

Time limits for filing a claim: all claims for damage should be filed immediately, but no later than 72 hours from receipt of merchandise.

WITHOUT EXCEPTION, NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A VALID RMA#.

*With the exception of irregular items we sell on auction, and where the eBay listing explicitly stated that the item was damaged, including a picture of the damage.
