There are a couple of ways to receive store credit.
- You were gifted a gift certificate: add the 13-character gift code at checkout, or add it to your account by going to "My Account >" at the top of our website.
- You were issued a store credit by customer service (usually related to an issue you experienced or a return). If we added a credit to your account, it is already active.
After the credit is attached to your account, it will automatically apply to your next purchase(s) until it is used up.
You can see the credit applied to your order during checkout.

How do I add a gift code to my order?
You can add the gift certificate code during checkout. In the "Payment" section, you will see the option "+ Gift Card". Click that to add the code from your gift certificate.
Alternatively, you can add the code to your Ministry Ideaz account before placing your order. (See below)
How do I add a gift code to my account without placing an order?
- Go to "My Account >" at the top of ministryideaz.com.
- Sign in if you are not already signed in.
- Click "Apply a gift certificate to your account"
- Add the gift certificate code and click "apply"
How can I confirm that the credit is in my account before I order?
You can view your store credit balance at any time in your account information.
- Go to "My Account >" at the top of ministryideaz.com
- Sign in if you are not already signed in.
- Click "View gift certificate balance"
I should have store credit, but I don't see it in my account
Do you have another Ministry Ideaz account? If you were given a store credit related to a return or issue with an order, then the credit is always tied to the account that made the initial order. Make sure you sign in with the email address that placed the original order, or the account that you added the gift certificate to.
If you still don't see the credit, please contact customer service.
It keeps telling me that it is not a valid coupon code
The 13-character gift code cannot be entered in the "coupon code" field. Please enter it in the payment section during checkout, or add it to your account as described above.
I tried to add the gift code, but it won't accept it
Please check that you entered all 13 characters of the gift code. If your code is not 13 characters long, please double-check that it is a code for Ministry Ideaz and not another store. You may contact us if you are having trouble. However, if we cannot find the code in our system, the person who ordered the gift certificate will need to contact us directly with their order number or email address so we can locate the correct gift code.
