Ministry Ideaz ships all orders from Ecuador. The arrival time for your order depends on both the processing time and the shipping time. Here’s a rundown on when to expect your order:

  • Free Shipping:
    Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. This includes order preparation and packaging. Expect your order within 7 to 10 business days.
  • FedEx Courier:
    This receives higher priority when processing. Often it leaves our warehouse the same weekday or the weekday after you order. Expect your order in 3 to 4 business days.

Additional Considerations:

  • Product Availability: Orders containing out-of-stock items may experience delays. Handcrafted items, like leather or vinyl products, can take time to craft before shipment. If your order contains an out-of-stock item you will be contacted.
  • Customs and Import Regulations: occasionally orders can experience a delay due to customs processing. However, this is uncommon.
  • Address Errors: please double-check your shipping address. If there is an error it can cause delays, or your order may not be deliverable. Note: we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
