If you selected Economy or Standard Shipping at checkout (available only in USA and Canada), your order follows a two-step delivery process. This allows us to offer a more economical shipping option while still ensuring reliable delivery.

How Standard Shipping Works

Step 1: International Transit

Your order travels in a consolidated shipment from Ecuador to a distribution point in the destination country.

Step 2: Local Postal Delivery

Once the consolidated shipment arrives, your individual package enters the local postal network for final delivery.

Why Hasn't My Tracking Updated Yet?

Your postal tracking number is created before the consolidated shipment completes its international transit. During this stage, the local postal carrier has not yet received your individual package, so tracking may remain unchanged for a week or more. Tracking begins showing movement once the shipment reaches the destination country and your package enters the local postal network.

For U.S. orders: USPS may display "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" during this stage. This is normal and does not mean your package has not shipped.

Important: Return to Sender

If a Standard Shipping package is marked "Return to Sender," it is returned to the domestic processing or return facility associated with the postal label - not directly back to Ministry Ideaz in Ecuador. If you are experiencing a delivery issue, please contact us before refusing or returning a package so we can help guide you.

When Should I Contact Support?

Standard Shipping normally takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks. If your order has passed its expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to check it for you.
