Tracking numbers may not update immediately after you receive your shipment confirmation. The timing depends on the shipping method selected.

If You Selected FedEx

FedEx tracking typically begins updating shortly after pickup from Ecuador. If your tracking number is not showing activity, please allow several hours for the carrier system to refresh.

If You Selected Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping follows a two-step process. Your order first travels from Ecuador to the United States, then enters the U.S. Postal Service network for final delivery.

USPS tracking may show "Label Created" or appear inactive until the package is processed at the U.S. facility. This does not mean your order has not shipped — it may already be in international transit.
