If you selected Standard Shipping at checkout, your order follows a two-step delivery process. This allows us to offer a more economical shipping option while still ensuring reliable delivery.
Step 1: International Transit
Your package is securely prepared in Ecuador and shipped to the United States using our international logistics partner.
Step 2: USPS Final Delivery
Once your shipment arrives at our U.S. distribution point, it is entered into the U.S. Postal Service network for final delivery to your address.
Tracking updates: Standard Shipping tracking is tied to USPS. USPS tracking may not show movement until the package is processed at the U.S. facility. This means your order may already be in international transit even if tracking appears inactive or only shows a label created status.
Why Does the Ship Date Look Different?
The date shown on USPS tracking reflects when the package is scanned into the U.S. postal network - not the date it left Ecuador. If you received a shipping confirmation from us, your order has already been dispatched. Any gap in visible tracking simply reflects the international transit portion of the process.
Important: Return to Sender
If a Standard Shipping package is marked "Return to Sender," it is returned to the U.S. processing facility - not directly back to Ecuador. If you are experiencing a delivery issue, please contact us before refusing or returning a package so we can help guide you.
When Should I Contact Support?
If tracking has not updated for an extended period after the expected delivery window, or if something looks unusual in the tracking history, feel free to reach out and include your order number. We are happy to help.
