For U.S. deliveries only: The process described below currently applies only to customers in the United States.
If you selected Economy or Standard Shipping at checkout, your order follows a two-step delivery process. This allows us to offer a more economical shipping option while still ensuring reliable delivery.
Step 1: International Transit
Your package is securely prepared in Ecuador and shipped to the United States using our international logistics partner.
Step 2: USPS Final Delivery
Once your shipment arrives at our U.S. distribution point, it is entered into the U.S. Postal Service network for final delivery to your address.
Why does my tracking still say “USPS awaiting item”?: If your tracking shows “USPS awaiting item” for several days, this means USPS has not yet scanned the package into their system. During the international transit portion of Standard Shipping, tracking will not update. Once the shipment reaches the U.S. facility and is processed by USPS, tracking will begin to show movement.
When Will Tracking Start Updating?
Tracking begins once USPS scans the package at the U.S. facility. Until that scan occurs, the status may remain unchanged - including showing “USPS awaiting item” - even for a week or more after the shipment confirmation was sent. During this time, the package is in international transit to the United States.
Important: Return to Sender
If a Standard Shipping package is marked "Return to Sender," it is returned to the U.S. processing facility - not directly back to Ecuador. If you are experiencing a delivery issue, please contact us before refusing or returning a package so we can help guide you.
When Should I Contact Support?
If tracking has not updated for an extended period after the expected delivery window, or if something looks unusual in the tracking history, feel free to reach out and include your order number. We are happy to help.
