We understand that some are not familiar with ordering online. If you have questions about the ordering process, you have come to the right place. Step 1: Browse our website

  • Using the menu at the top of our website, browse through our various categories.
  • If you are looking for something specific, you can also click the magnifying glass to open a search bar. Enter a term to search the products on our website.
  • Click on a product to see more information. On the product page, you will see more photos, available options, and a detailed description.

Step 2: Add to Cart

  • When you find a product you want to purchase:
    1. Select your choice of available options
    2. Enter the amount you want next to "Qty:"
    3. Click "add to cart"
  • If there is an error, the website will alert you. If you receive an error, you may have missed a required option, or the item may be out-of-stock.


Step 3: Review your order

  • Click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the menu. This will take you to the "shopping cart" where you can review your order.
  • On the shopping cart page, you will see all the items in your order.
  • On this page you can:
    • remove undesired products: click the "x" to the right of them
    • change the quantity: enter a different amount in the quantity fields. Then click "recalculate"
    • enter a coupon: next to "coupon code" enter the code and click "apply."
    • calculate shipping costs using the shipping calculator.

Step 4: Check out and finish your order

  • In your shopping cart, click "Proceed to checkout"
  • The checkout page will lead you through the ordering process.
  • You will be prompted to enter the following information, step by step:
    • email address (if you have an account, you will be prompted to log in.)
    • shipping address
    • billing address
    • shipping method
    • payment method (and payment details)
    • create a password (if you are ordering for the first time)
  • You can review your order to the right of the page. (or by clicking the total price at the top on mobile)
  • After you click "Pay $..." you will see an order confirmation page, and receive an email confirmation. At this point, your order is in our system.

Step 5: Wait for shipment

  • The last step is the hardest. It's time to wait for your order to be delivered.
  • At the time of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This will include a tracking number.
