Water Resistance:
While the main body of the tote offers a degree of water resistance, it is not fully waterproof.
- Avoid submerging the bag in water.
- The vinyl window is water-resistant but should be wiped dry immediately if exposed to moisture to maintain clarity.
Cleaning Your Embroidered Product
Spot Cleaning:
For minor stains, gently dab with a damp cloth using lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid rubbing vigorously.
Deep Cleaning:
Mix a solution of warm water and liquid detergent solution
While we do not recommend machine washing due to the embroidery and vinyl components, you can hand-wash the tote in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. Do not wring.
Vinyl Window Care:
Use a soft cloth with a mild soap solution to wipe away fingerprints or smudges. Avoid using abrasive materials or chemical cleaners which can scratch or cloud the vinyl.
