Shipments do not require a signature. The shipping company will leave it at your door. We recommend tracking your order so you know when to expect it.
Occasionally the delivery driver will be unable to leave your package. In those cases, the shipping company may try to contact you. It is important to include accurate and up-to-date contact information when placing your order. If the courier is unable to contact you, it may create further delays. Generally, they will only hold an undeliverable order for 5 to 7 days.
