Important considerations
Signing for your order:
Important: For certain shipping options there is a chance someone will have to sign to receive your package. If you are not generally home when the postal carrier comes please be sure to sign up for tracking updates where you track your package. Then, watch for a slip regarding a package waiting for you from MinistryIdeaz.com.
Our experience has shown that these slips can get mixed in with flyers and missed. When this happens and the customer doesn't go to pick up the package, it ends up returned to us as unclaimed. Most carriers will only hold a package for 7-14 days before returning it to the sender, so be sure to check your tracking online to see if it's being held at the post office for you.
Backordered items:
If you have ordered out-of-stock items that are either back-ordered or pre-orders, they will not ship until the estimated shipping date, as shown in your order confirmation email. In order to save you money on the shipping cost, we will hold the entire order if it includes a back-ordered item and then sent it all together once it's ready. Please check carefully the order details for the estimated shipping date if you have ordered any out-of-stock items.
Digital Downloads: Digital items will not be physically shipped. Downloads are available immediately after purchase on the order complete page. If you forgot to complete your download, you may access it at any time in your order history. (Related information: How can I download my digital media purchase?)
What if my order is lost?
Sometimes an order is not lost but delayed in the postal system. We request your patience. After your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the postal or courier service. Sometimes a customer will contact us worried that an order is lost, only to receive it a day or two later. However, if your order has already shipped and the delivery timetable has passed, feel free to contact us for assistance.
