Short answer: generally no.

Why not?

We work hard to negotiate special rates with our shipping partners to provide fast and reliable shipping options at the best possible price. These discounted rates, however, only apply when there are no changes to the shipment.

Why does this matter?

If an order is redirected after leaving our warehouse, all shipping discounts are voided. The shipping company will then charge us their full standard rate, which is over 10 times the regular cost. For example, if we originally paid $8 for shipping, a redirection could result in a charge of $100 or more.

Even if your order included free shipping, this does not mean shipping is actually free—it simply means we covered the cost for you. When an address change occurs, we are still responsible for paying the increased rate, which can be substantial. Even if the shipping company makes the change on your behalf without consulting us, this still results in a significant extra cost to us.

Unexpected charges like this not only impact our ability to provide economical shipping rates, but they also affect our ability to continue offering special promotions like free shipping.

The fees associated with address changes are substantial—sometimes $100 or more. For more information, visit our support page: How much are the fees for changing my shipping address after the order has been sent?
